In response to The Daily Post’s writing prompt: “Snapshot Stories.”
Open the first photo album you can find — real or virtual, your call — and stop at the first picture of yourself you see there . Tell us the story of that photo……..
This Prompt was just screaming at me….I’m in the process of moving my photo albums off my pc and onto discs….opened up an album and here ya go…..A fun selfie of me with my grandson Landon. This was taken on my last visit to PA. He’s a trip!!! He loves taking walks with his Nana (hopefully he won’t outgrow this anytime soon!)…this particular day we were on a little ‘nature hike’……picking up leaves, hugging trees, checking out the caterpillars…..
……..and rocks….he’s into rocks. Throwing them into the woods to be exact……Then I got him on board to build something with them……
He loved the fact that it was still standing a few days later………
Kids and nature go hand in hand…making memories with your grandchild…PRICELESS
