Happy Thanksgiving Folks…..Enjoying a quiet afternoon…dug into my folders for today’s challenge Cee’s Black and White Photo Challenge: Anything That Flies From Birds To Airplanes
Next we have the SAR Helicopter practicing maneuvers
Here we have a young Eagle grabbing his dinner to go…
And last we have a pair of Tundra Swans coming in for a landing..
Those swans have amazingly long wing spans, don’t they…
Yes…..they’re back as are the snow geese,,,this is a busy time of year along the migratory bird route,,,,lots of them are making their pit stops here!!
Nice timing to be able to get the shot of the eagle grabbing its dinner!
That’s why I never walk the Refuge without my camera…you never know what you’re going to see!!
I am grateful for you so I nominated you for a new award https://iammyownisland.wordpress.com/2015/11/26/grateful-blogger-award/
You have some marvelous photos of flight. Wonderful entry for this week. Trans for playing.
Those wild life photos are great. I am surprised National Geographic isn’t banging your door down. Hope you had a good holiday.
