Broken Shell 🐚

Broken shell, in all your uniqueness,

All one really has to do is open their eyes to see,

There is beauty in the broken…

There is beauty in imperfection.

Your journey’s been one of turbulence,

Tossed around at sea.

You come to rest on the shoreline,

To share your beauty with me.

  1. I love the broken ones too. They tell a story of their own. God, we have buckets and buckets of shells, most in some state of disrepair. They certainly are beautiful. They are grizzled old seafarers with a wonderful patina. But most things I like are old and grizzled. πŸ˜ƒ

Have something to share....I'd love to hear it!!!
