Getting To Know Me… 🙃

It’s Monday….It’s the Last Day of February…And Its Leap Day 🐸…..Which means it’s time for Cee’s Share Your World…………

Have you done something you truly want to do today? Actually I have…now don’t laugh…but the weather here today is pretty nice (mild temps,,though a bit windy) Perfect for hanging out my laundry! We don’t own a dryer, so in the winter months, hanging my laundry outside loses its appeal……so happy to be able to watch it flapping in the wind!!

What can you help the world with? I’m not sure how much help I am,,but I start every day on a positive note, by finding, reading and sharing a positive quote. I’ve been told by numerous family/friend in my circle on FB that they appreciate and look forward to my morning posts…..that makes me happy! 😄

If life was ‘just a bowl of cherries’… which fruit other than a cherry would you be? I had this photo of the perfect fruit bowl to share, and as I was typing out the question,,my perfect answer hit me…….I’m a FruitCake! 😜

Sunday Cinema—Leap Year ❤️

Great afternoon for a movie……Leap Year is a 2010 American romantic comedy film directed by Anand Tucker, and starring Amy Adams and Matthew Goode. The film is about a woman who heads to Ireland to ask her boyfriend to accept her wedding proposal on leap day, when tradition supposedly holds that men cannot refuse a woman’s proposal for marriage. Her plans are interrupted by a series of increasingly unlikely events and are further complicated when she hires a handsome innkeeper to take her to her boyfriend in Dublin. The film premiered in New York City on January 6, 2010.[3]

Today I Celebrate 🎉

Today I turn the page,

Embarking on the fifty-third year,

Of this continuous journey,

That is my life.

A new chapter is waiting to be written,

New discoveries to be made.

My climb is far from over,

I’m so much more than

Just may age.

I celebrate this day…

All the Blessings in my life….

From the abundance of love that touches me,

To the lessons learned..

I wouldn’t have missed this journey of mine,

For all the world.
