    • Anna..it takes me exactly 12 minutes by car to get to Assateague Beach. I live half a block from Chincoteague Channel…when the air is just right, and I open my windows, I can smell the briny scent and ephedra the laughing gulls….open your windows, or step outside and breath deeply!!!!!!!

      • Linda, when I open the front door there are times if the wind is in the right direction you can smell the salty air and it is wonderful. As for gulls at the moment I can not get rid of them in my garden – they are being driven inland poor things. Having spinal problems it is very painful and at times walking (something I so loved) is not easy, so I guess one makes excuses not to go out and I very rarely do, I had to today for blood tests and the air was great. Life never quite works out the way one wants. Take care poppet.

      • I’m so sorry to hear of your back pain Anna. I have sciatica, and it limits my movement. I can walk, but I have to be careful. Walking on concrete really sends the pain shooting up and down my left side., so walking into town is limited. My beach strolls or walking the trails are more tolerable. ((((((Hugs)))))

Have something to share....I'd love to hear it!!!
