Todays Meditation definitely resonates with me. I spent all of last year working on fixing my emotional and spiritual self, disregarding my physical well being. Though I
knew know that they are all connected, I used my physical ailments as an excuse to not exercise, instead choosing to eat my way through 2015. So, while I was working towards filling what I now know, was an empty hole left by a lack love and acceptance by my parents, I was eating to fill that void.
Making peace with my past AND 17 1/2 pounds lost, has me feeling much lighter these days..I’ve still got work to do,,,But,,,,,,What I AM feeling these days is FULL OF LIGHT ☀️
Day 4 – Fulfillment Holds the Key…

Everyone can feel the difference between emptiness and fullness, and it is this experience that allows us to feel our way to better lifestyle choices. Today we learn that there are many kinds of hunger, but only one state of fulfillment. When you give yourself what you really want and need, unhealthy habits, such as overeating, cease to be a problem.Instead of fighting against a habit that always fights back, ask yourself, “What am I hungry for right now?” then seek to satisfy that hunger directly.
