Day 21 Of My Meditation Journey 🙏

The Final Day of the 21-Day Meditation Experience is here! Getting Unstuck: Creating a Limitless Life was eye-opening for me….why? I found myself not always agreeing with what was being said,,,actually physically shaking my head NO NO NO quite often…had me thinking ‘rebellious’ ….As I listened, I realized, like most journeys, there is no one size fits all answers….

As I finish this experience on an Empowering note, Im taking away some of the things shared, while disregarding what I don’t agree with. It’s great to have choices.

Day 21 – The Highest Vision: Creative Evolution

“When you do things from your soul, you feel a river moving in you, a joy.” – Rumi

Today’s meditation shows us a vision of life beyond the freedom of getting unstuck. This is the vision of a life of creative evolution where our spiritual growth is not directed from outside forces, or even our internal beliefs and ideas. When the evolution of our awareness is directed from our higher self, we experience a limitless life, a life filled with joy, love, beauty, and peace. This is the life you were always meant to live.

(Love this Rumi quote!)

TODAYS CENTERING THOUGHT

Soooooooo…21 Days … Done. Coming away a bit less stuck…but more importantly, more aware…also coming away with my own ideas..my own creativity…….

I’m An Original….and each day I will continue to Create My Life….I will continue to evolve and grow…..and I will do it My Way!!!!  Namaste 🙏

Day 20 Of My Meditation Journey 🙏

Day 20 of the 21-Day Meditation Experience has us coming in to the home stretch…After the disappointment of the last few days of not really ‘feeling’ the meditations…today’s hit the mark! Now this is one I was able to relate to…..Co-Creator ..Hell Yeah 👊

Day 21- Becoming the Ideal Co-Creator

“The closer you come to knowing that you alone create the world of your experience, the more vital it becomes for you to discover just who is doing the creating.” – Eric Micha’el Leventhal

Every day, whether we consciously realize it or not, we are growing into a more complete and fulfilled self. To develop our self-awareness most effectively requires our deepest creativity. With our creative self, we participate in the shaping of our experiential reality. We are not mere spectators in an objective world; we are co-creators involved in forming not only what we experience, but also how we experience it.

Today’s meditation shows us that the skill of this creative contribution comes through the expanded and heightened awareness of meditation.

TODAYS CENTERING THOUGHT

Along with the universe…I Am The Co- Creator of my life….I HEED my calling….I choose to put out into the universe as much Positive Mojo as I can, knowing full well that what I put out will be coming back to me…..and hell if there isn’t more than enough negativity floating around out there….I don’t need to add to it!

Each moment of each day….My true self is emerging……..just like the Dragonfly 💚

“WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH THE LIGHT THAT IS YOU?”  Why…SHINE OF COURSE!!!! I like Oprah’s ‘star stuff’ analogy…though for me,,I’d have to describe it as ‘sun stuff’ 💛☀️

This Girl Is CREATING!!!!!!!!

Day 19 Of My Meditation Journey 🙏

Day 19 of the 21-Day Meditation Experience…….getting to ‘Yes’ ……

Day 19 – Getting to “Yes” the Creative Way

“Deep listening is miraculous for both listener and speaker. When someone receives us with open-hearted, non-judging, intensely interested listening, our spirits expand.” – Sue Patton Thoele

Along the road to finding creative solutions, it is inevitable that there will be some challenges that cross your path. To address these obstacles that arise from other people, it is important to always maintain an attentive and respectful awareness.

Today’s meditation shows us that creative solutions overcome difficulties through listening, respecting, and opening up to a broader perspective that incorporates and supports both points of view. This is what it means to get to “yes” in a creative way.

TODAYS CENTERING THOUGHT

Sometimes….sometimes not being on the same page as another is as good as it’s going to get…that’s where ‘acceptance’ comes in…and sometimes, you can’t even get that…..I’ve learned in my journey, that getting a ‘YES’ isn’t always possible and I ACCEPT THAT…just as I ACCEPT that I can’t and won’t give a ‘YES’ just because….the only thing that does is make me feel like 💩

So,,I think the centering thought insinuating a Yes that’s good for everyone is a really nice thought……I’m thinking a NO or an ‘I just don’t get it’  just may have to be good enough on the occasions that call for it…….and for me…THaTS OK!!
NAMASTE 🙏

HOME…..Haiku Challenge

Home is a feeling

Of comfort and belonging

I found it within…

Safar over at Blisters, Bunions & Blarney came up with a Haiku Challenge. The baton is being passed down the line – from Calen to Jane and now to Raili…..Raili has so kindly passed the baton to me……Id like to invite Gradmama2011 to join in. I hope you do!!! 😊

The way it works is:

Person 1 (Safar)

1. Create a haiku – no constraints

2. Pick a person to create the next link in the chain.

3. Person 2 (Calensariel)

Person 2 (Calensariel)

1. Create a haiku with one constraint

2. The first word of the haiku you create is the last word of the previous haiku

3. Pick a person to create the next link in the chain

Persons 3-20

1. Repeat the instructions for Person 2

Person 21 (that’ll be the last person in the chain)

1. Create a haiku with two constraints

2. The first word of the haiku you create is the last word of the previous haiku.

3. The last word of the haiku you create is first word of the first haiku in the chain.

And so the circle is closed.

A couple of ‘rules’ so that we get to keep track of the links in the chain:

When you participate, you agree that others are able to share your haiku, using the credits and the link back to the post that you provide.

Post all previous haiku on your blog, including all the credits and links provided. Add your haiku to the chain.

Credit yourself, and include a link back to your post. You might need to edit your post and add the link in retrospect.

Create a link back to this post.

Have fun!!

OH! And if you’d like to join in, please leave a note in the comments!

So shall we see how far we can get??? Here we go!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mountain of paper noodles,

earthworm fodder to

keep mycelium

(Safar Fiertze…Blisters Bunions and Blarney)

running down life’s path

many trails beckon my heart;

which one leads to me

(Calen….Impromptu Promptlings)

me and the old oak

communicate silently

at one with the earth

(Jane…Making It Right)

earth a pearl of blue

hidden in the shell of space

the pearl is my home

 (Raili…Souls Gifts)

home is a feeling

of comfort and belonging

I found it within

(Linda…Spiritual Dragonfly)

Day 18 -Of My Meditation Journey 🙏

Day 18 of the 21-Day Meditation Experience shares with us the idea of Expanding others awareness…..

Day 18 – Expanding Other People’s Awareness

“The best teachers show you where to look, but don’t tell you what to see.” – Alexandra K. Trenfor

As we experience greater joy and ease in our lives, it is natural to want to share this experience of expanded awareness with others. But even well-intentioned sharing can feel intrusive and unwelcome if it doesn’t build on the other person’s own curiosity and interest. Today’s meditation shows us that the best way to share the gift of expanded awareness is to simply let your awareness speak for itself, and then respond to other people’s curiosity and interest accordingly.

TODAYS CENTERING THOUGHT

I’m not one to push my ideas on anyone….what works for me may not work for you……I know I don’t always appreciate someone’s 2-cents….over the years, I’ve been told how I should be feeling, how I should be changing…that if I do things this way, I’ll feel that way….that my way is the wrong way……YADA YADA YADA…….

If someone approaches and/or asks how I’ve come to be ‘in this place’, I’ll try and answer as honestly as I can…..as I’ve said in the past, some folks get me, most don’t…LOL I’ve tried to explain to some and I’ll see that look in their eyes that tells me they think I’m Way Out There!

But if someone truly is interested and wants to ‘change’ … The most I can do is share my experience and then it’s up to them to adhere to their own journeys……
This is my second 21 Day Meditation Experience with Deepak and Oprah that I’ve participated in. Like the first one, I’ve been sharing my ‘experiences’, with the hope that it will help someone else……..The first go round was enlightening and I got a lot out of it. This time around..not as much. I’m finding myself not as open,,or shall I say, I find myself disagreeing with some of the ideas presented. In a funny way,,I feel Empowered by the fact that I’m not seeing things in the same light as the so called ‘experts’…instead seeing them through my eyes and Accepting that seeing them my way is OK!!! Hmmmmmmm…….maybe I Am getting more out of this than I thought!!!!! Namaste 🙏
