Day 9 Of My Meditation Journey πŸ™ Your Creative Self Is Already Here

Day 9 of the 21-Day Meditation Experience…Getting Unstuck as always, resonated with me….

Day 9 – Your Creative Self Is Already Here

β€œThe creation of something new is not accomplished by the intellect but by the play instinct acting from inner necessity.” – Carl Jung

You don’t have to do anything new to become your creative self – that is already your essential nature – you only need to give it the outlet it always seeks in the present moment. Letting go of our resistance to being creative and spontaneous often comes down to releasing our self-limiting beliefs and attitudes of low expectations. Such beliefs could be that you are not a creative person, or that you don’t deserve love, joy, and fulfillment.

Today we discover that as we gain contact with our creative self in meditation, these self-limiting beliefs begin to dissolve, allowing the natural expression of our joy, love and creativity to blossom in our lives.

TODAYS CENTERING THOUGHT

My creative self was dormant for so long, held at bay by my own self-doubt and the harsh words and criticism of those who were suppose to love me..I allowed their words to dictate how I felt about myself….

Once that self imposed ‘stuckness’ was erased, my creative Spirit and joy of living was free to flow…………I Am Grateful πŸ™

SANSKRIT MANTRA

  1. That’s one of my favorite quotes by Carl Jung, but they left the last line off it. That line is: The creative mind plays with the objects it loves. I’m here to tell ya that is sooo true! πŸ˜‰ Now I have to ask you, did you do that wonderful painting??? ❀

Have something to share....I'd love to hear it!!!
