  1. You are writing a book? Tell me more! I pulled something together during NaNoWriMo this year but I am not sure my attention span is long enough to get it into publishable shape. You could go to your ranch in WY and do a writer’s retreat there! 🙂

    • now I like the idea of a writers retreat at ‘my ranch’ with y’all in attendance!! :))

The book was originally Jim’s idea. To take my poems and little stories, put them together with my photos and do a book……he was just starting to look into how to make it happen when he died. It’s been backburnered since……but doesnt’ mean I cant find a way to make it happen!!!

      • Absolutely! You might want to explore self-publishing and/or ebook publishing instead of the traditional agent-publishing house route, especially since you have photos. Keep us informed. I’ll purchase it!
Oh, and if you ever do a writers retreat on your ranch in WY, let me know that, too. I want to be there. 🙂

  2. IRELAND: Do it! I’ve traveled there the past two summers for less than $1500 each time for a week, and I’m most likely headed back there this July. It’s where I found myself. I’m writing a novel that is partly based in Dublin, and it’s a hugely long story…the universe and the soul of a dearly departed friend led me there and led me to the story. If you have questions at all feel free to reach out to me. And you used that most fantastic photo of yourself in this post!!!! LOVE IT!

Have something to share....I'd love to hear it!!!
