Today’s prompt is to write a poem using the words ‘yellow’, ‘concealed’, and ‘timeless’. 😬

She sits quietly in a corner of the old tree house,

the timeless memories flooding back.

Still tacked to the faded yellow walls, mottled

and worn with age, the vestiges of her childhood.

Rocking gently, her past, her truth, long concealed,

rushes back,
