Day 15 Of My Meditation Journey 🙏

Day 15 has us beginning our third and final week of the 21-Day Meditation Experience. This one proved to be a mixed bag for me……

Day 15 – Bringing Your Creativity into the World

“Self-expression must pass into communication for its fulfillment.” – Pearl S. Buck

Creating a limitless life means we participate in the world with an open, joyful, and collaborative awareness. It is not a solo journey; it is a journey that intimately involves us with the people and the environment we are in. Today’s meditation shows us that when we experience life from our limitless creative source, we naturally foster creative solutions for everyone around us.

Today’s meditation wasn’t an easy one for me in regards to (personal) relationships….. My mind went straight to my estrangement from my family, and once that was planted, it just wouldn’t leave….maybe I was approaching this from the wrong perspective,,but for whatever reason…I just didn’t ‘feel’ this one….

And as a professed loner, I prefer the company of few and nature. With that said, I make a conscious effort to be a good and kind person……to be a good listener, communicator and sharer…and not totally shut myself off from the world…I just so happen to prefer dragonflies to some people…..

Om Prani Dhana

My individuality expands to universality.

Day 14 Of My Meditation Journey 🙏

Here we are, Day 14…finishing up the second week of the 21-Day Meditation Experience. Today we’re touching on Intention and Finding Your Creative Path…..

Day 14 – Finding Your Creative Path

“All great acts are ruled by intention. What you mean is what you get.” – Brenna Yovanoff

Our creative path isn’t something we need to figure out intellectually; it is the spontaneous expression of our innermost desires and intention. That is the wise and creative energy already operating at the heart of our awareness. In today’s meditation, we learn that this power of intention already directs our life’s journey behind the scenes. When we expand awareness in meditation, we fully align our intentions for our individual mind with the unlimited power and creativity of the universal mind. This is how we find our creative path.

I’m coming away being able to wrap my mind around today’s centering thought more so than Intention……….setting my intentions is one thing….making them happen, there in lies my problem…I suck at it! I’m my own worst enemy….fully aware of what I want to strive for, only to let my lack of self-worth stop me dead in my tracks of my journey… I will keep striving and working towards  my Intention + Awareness brings about Fulfillment equation…. The journey continues 👣👣👣👣👣

Namaste 🙏

Sharavana Bhava

My awareness is aligned with the creative power of the universe.

Day 13 Of My Meditation Journey 🙏

Today, on Day 13 of the 21-Day Meditation Experience we are tapping into our own Self-Worth and You-niqueness.

Day 13 – The Joy of Finding Self-Worth

“We cannot think of being acceptable to others until we have first proven acceptable to ourselves.” – Malcolm X

Our true self is at one with the entire cosmos. Therefore our worth is always infinite – it is only a matter of recognizing it as our essential nature. This self-knowledge has nothing to do with our ego or personality; it is about our true being and the unique and vital role that only we can contribute to the cosmos.

Today’s meditation shows us that spiritual self-worth is natural, joyful, and self affirming.

I accept and embrace my uniqueness ……and my self-worth. I participate  in my existence…….I liberate myself from my fear,  and the limitations I set for myself….By breaking free from my own self imposed stuckness and limitations there’s only one thing left to do…..Fly…..The Sky’s The Limit!!!!! Pretty cool! NAMASTE 🙏

Siddho Hum

I am perfect and complete.

(I changed up this mantra…from I am perfect and complete to I AM PERFECTLY IMPERFECT AND COMPLETE). Perfection is unattainable and to me over-rated. I’d much rather be imperfect, complete and happy then to strive for a perfection that doesn’t exist. I may be reading into this the wrong way..but, it’s my practice and I’m sticking to it!!!

Day 12 Of My Meditation Journey🙏

Day 12 of the 21-Day Meditation Experience was a good one…Welcoming Change!!!

Day 12 – Welcoming Change Is Natural

“Being fully present is being awake to the movement and creation of life, being alive to the process of life itself.” – Pema Chodron

Even if we feel our lives are stuck in a rut, the truth is that life is still constantly changing. This element of change is what makes life interesting, creative, and new. We resist change because we mistakenly look for security in the past. Today’s meditation is about letting go of this resistance to the flow of life and finding wisdom and security in living in the ever-present now, which is our essential nature.

That word…CHANGE. 6 simple letters that have the capacity to scare the hell out of us! I’d like to think, for the most part, that I do embrace the changes that occur in my life. I strive to live my life believing that everything that happens, happens for my greater good…even if it doesn’t seem that way at the moment…….am I always successful? Of course not…but I don’t fear change as I once did….fearing it, isn’t going to stop it from happening……

When Soul Strolling on the beach..changes are all around me…the landscape of the beach is never the same…nor is the sky, as in the photo above. The morning sun was beating down on my for most of my stroll…while heading back, this cloud shrouded the sun..changing the dynamic of what I saw and what I felt…but in a good way………

Changes are a ‘coming. Of that there is no doubt…..while I’m waiting for those changes, I’m living in the moment. Namaste🙏

Ahrah Kahrah

I invoke the creativity of the universe in my life.

Day 11 Of My Meditation Journey 🙏

Here we are in Day 11 of the 21-Day Meditation Experience….is all about improving upon our own self-awareness.

Day 11 – Awareness Is a Skill You Can Master

“I am no bird; and no net ensnares me: I am a free human being with an independent will.” – Charlotte Brontë

Self-awareness is not just something you either have or you don’t – it’s a skill you can improve upon. In today’s meditation, we learn that we improve our awareness skills with three basic practices. First, we learn to pay attention to what is happening in our environment. Second, the skill of focusing attention allows us to explore our experiences with clarity and without judgment. And finally, by learning the skill of stillness, or wholeness, we allow awareness to encompass the entirety of our experience as our own self. All these skills together as one mode of knowingness gives us the creative awareness that prevents life from getting stuck.

Oprahs message and story of Being Still and of finding her Spiritual Moment was one that stood out for me today. Hers happened upon a hike up a mountain…I’ve experience mine on my Soul Strolls…both along the beach and my hikes in the forest…..though the Stillness is open to interpretation…Even with the  ebb and flow of the ocean, or the gentle sway of the treetops, there is Still an ‘air of Stillness’ that overcomes me… awareness of All That I Am and All Of My Blessings…Namaste 🙏

Love the equation of Attention/ Focus/ Stillness/ giving us the answer of Creative Awarenss..and all its possibilities!

Om Pragyanam Asmi
My true self is pure intelligence.
